GROUNDSTAKE POLICY
Placements of groundstakes at the UH Manoa campus are only allowed one week before the advertised event. Immediate removal of groundstakes is required after the event has occured.
For groundstake placements specifically around Campus Center and near the tree, MES has requested that you go in person for the approval of your groundstakes and fill out a google form.
You would need to physically bring in the groundstake for them to review it.
Approval of all groundstakes is required through MES (Meeting and Event Services) for Campus Center areas and UH Facilities Management Office for other campus grounds. Please visit:

All groundstakes without prior approval will be removed and discarded.
